Publishing

One queue instead of five schedulers

Five native schedulers means five places to check, five sets of rules and five chances for the same idea to arrive in five different voices. One queue removes four of them.

Availability: Available

What it does

  • Holds every scheduled post in one queue across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Shapes each post for the platform it ships to, from the same plan rather than from five hand-written variants
  • Supports the formats each platform offers, not only a link post
  • Schedules under the posting rules the workspace sets — cadence, quiet hours, per-channel limits
  • Reports performance per platform and per post in the same place the work was planned

In practice

Shaping happens once, from the plan, rather than five times by hand at the end. That is the whole argument for a single queue: the per-channel differences are real, but they are a transformation of one decision rather than five separate decisions.

Accounts are connected, not created. Obelo publishes through the accounts you already own, and disconnecting one stops publishing to it without touching anything else.

Publishing is a paid-plan entitlement rather than a trial one, which is stated in the plan table below rather than discovered at the point you try to use it.

What this does not do

  • You connect accounts you already have. Obelo does not create social accounts on your behalf.
  • Delivery depends on each platform's API. When a platform rejects or rate-limits a post, Obelo reports that rather than silently retrying forever.
  • The publishing entitlement starts at Starter Pro. It is not granted on the trial or on Starter — see the plan table below.
  • Paid promotion is not publishing. Nothing here buys placement.

What we claim, and what backs it

Each statement below is a governed record with an owner, a review date and its supporting evidence. Nothing on this page asserts a customer outcome, because no customer evidence has been approved for publication.

  • Posts for connected accounts are held in one queue, shaped for the channel each one ships to, and scheduled under the posting rules the workspace sets.

Requires connecting the accounts you publish to.

    Evidence

    • The public launch-state registry publishes publishing as generally available.
    • The publishing entitlement is granted from Starter Pro upwards, and not on the trial or Starter.
    • The published channel list is a single typed array — LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — shared by every surface that names channels.
  • Obelo publishes to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, in the formats each of those platforms supports.
